iPhone 8 The Scoop
Imagine a cell phone with no edges. That is what Apple is reportedly trying to accomplish with the new iPhone 8 now slated to be a part of the 150 million iPhones to be launched the second half of 2017. But it does seem familiar as Samsung has enjoyed tremendous success with the smooth beveled edges of the Galaxy 7. So it shouldn't be of any great surprise that Apple may use Samsung parts to create the new iPhone 8. Apple's new iPhone will be unique in many ways. The screen will have an almost transparent fingerprint security release. To make the phone more versatile more forgiving Apple will use the flexible printed boards to manufacture the phones those boards being produced for mass shipment in the second quarter of next year. All will have glass backs instead of metal

it looks like Apple will partner with LG to manufacture the best cell phone cameras ever made and there is talk that the cameras will feature 3d dimensional choices and a larger version of the three being released will have optical image stabilization

According to Apple these newly developed technologies, hardware, and design are being thoroughly tested to determine the final products. Apple has used the same design in the past 3 years the iPhone 6,6s mainly the iPhone smaller version used in iPhone 7 has been Apple's by far best seller, so for Apple to consider a design change for a loyal Apple following is a needed risk if Apple will be competitive amongst the avalanche of new Chinese-made cell phones and those being introduced by front-runner innovative tech giants like Google

At this juncture, it appears Apple will still use LCD displays for a new version of the iPhone in 2017 the release of the iPhone 8 incorporating OLED screens is in keeping with iPhones most brilliantly illuminated screens bringing forth the details in images we are accustom too, the trademark detail of the iPhone.OLED screens do not require a backlight but that doesn't mean the new phones incorporating the latest technology will be offered at lower prices.

Apple will use both the LCD on some iPhones introducing an OLED screen as the means of illumination on some of the new iPhone 8’s will mean a thinner and lighter iPhone which will save battery life and add a higher contrast ratio than LCD, considered a major improvement.

At this early date in its development and design stages we do know that the 3.5mm headphone jack will not be part of any future iPhones, all will have glass front and back the entire chassis made of glass the OLED screen will be brighter, there will be wireless charging, the phone will be thinner and the home button will disappear.

According to MacRumors: “We look for new 2017 iPhones to come in three models: one OLED model, and two TFT-LCD models with 4.7-inch and 5.5-inch display. We believe the OLED and 5.5-inch TFT-LCD iPhones will feature [a] dual-camera.”

So now with incorporating many innovations like enjoying the new bevel edge design from Samsung, iPhone users can say loyal to the OS.

To ensure that Apple maintains the crispest display on the market the new OLED display will add at least $50 to the cost of a new iPhone. There are other manufacturers of display screens testing other materials like film One such manufacturer is  Japan Display which is working with film rather than glass so the screen will be "Full Active" providing more flexibility being demanded by discerning clientele using their phones on a constant basis, taking selfies in ways no one would have dreamed possible, requires more versatile durable hardware and software's to accommodate these ever changing most lucid lifestyles
